Executive Director
When a young Greg Boone encountered Look Up Lodge many years ago, his life was forever changed. He was also given a God-sized dream -- one day he dreamed of teaching and leading at Look Up Lodge. It took many years and some serious direction from God, but Greg Boone's God-given dream has been realized. He became the Executive Director just a few years ago, but for those of you that have been coming to Look Up since the late 1990's, you have seen him teaching God's Truth from the chapel stage year after year.
He and his wife Leanne are the proud parents of two children, Kendall and Caleb Boone.

Kevin Keigley
Creative Director
Kevin was originally hired as Program Director. After about a year, he was fired and then re-hired five minutes later as the Creative Director. This role fits him like a glove. A vibrant, colourful and unique glove. Kevin's fingerprints are all over the things you experience at camp -- videos, skits, music, design, promotional material, this and that and things in between as well as etc.

Dan Gustafson
Facility and Food Service Director
Dan has the gift of simply knowing how things work. He makes good use of this gift at Look Up by overseeing the maintenance and the development of the camp's facilities and infrastructure. He also uses his talents to make sure that when you get your food tray filled at meal times, that you finish it and want to come back for seconds.

Walter Howard

When it comes to maintaining the health and wellness of a staff as unique and diverse as ours, we are blessed to have Walter Howard. His goal is to equip and educate Look Up staff to be successful and effective in their positions. He also plays a key role in making the programs you experience at Look Up Lodge as fun and as Christ-centered this side of heaven.

Lynn Pearman
Director of Promotions/Housekeeping
Believe it or not, but there are still a few people in the world that have not heard of Look Up Lodge -- that is where Lynn Pearman steps in. She takes the work and message of Look Up Lodge to churches and Christian schools. Her hope is that by building a relationship with these people and these organizations, they will in fact come to our camp for a visit. She also oversees the massive job of housekeeping at Look Up.

David is quite familiar with Look Up Lodge programming. He used to work on summer staff and has recently joined the team to oversee the critical execution of the many types of fun, creative and spiritual programming elements that makes camp great. His excellent work ethic and his great sense if humor are keys components to his role at Look Up Lodge.

If there was ever a man that loved the natural beauty and the complex diversity of God's created land -- it is Jim Short. Jim spends almost every second of his existence outdoors attempting to understand and enhance the wonderful scenery at Look Up Lodge. He is a student of life and when he doesn't have a potted plant in his hand, you will most likely find some sort of musical instrument.

Ministry Entrepreneur
Nathan is overseeing some groundbreaking work, not just at Look Up Lodge, but we would dare say in America. He is actively working with local churches in trying to develop and establish functioning and fruitful discipleship relationships within the Body of Christ. He is a gifted musician and can sometimes be seen on the Look Up stage for camps and retreats.

Jesse gets things done.
Jesse often works with Jeff.
Between the two of them, things get done. Period.
Jesse has great skill in working with his hands as well as his mind. He is often found in a cloud of sawdust while listening to an audiobook. There have been many days that someone has inquired about a recent project only to hear Jesse's voice say, "Oh that? I finished that 3 days ago."

Carolyn, or Ms. Carolyn as she is affectionately called, has worked at Look Up Lodge for 20 years. Her desire to prepare food and serve it with a smile has made her a great success. Her heart for God shines through in all that she does in the kitchen and with her fellow kitchen staff.

These fine people are the ones that help prepare your meals and serve it to you with a wink and a smile. Their efforts are most appreciated and are experienced three times a day, all summer long and throughout the rest of the year when Look Up Lodge hosts thousands of guests from all over.
