Positions

Summer Staff 2024

Our summer camp staffers work 14-hour days in which they lead, serve, teach, clean, counsel, do crazy skits, wash dishes — whatever’s needed to make summer camp an incredible experience for everyone else. Most importantly, they’re here to build relationships and help campers focus on big truths that will change their lives.

For Summer 2024, we have decided to do two hiring periods -- the first will be an Early Period in which applications are due by October 15th and the second period in which applications will be due by January 1st. For the Early Period, hiring decisions will be notified to applicants by December 1st.

Guest Experience Associate

Wranglers are part-time staff who are responsible for facilitating our free–time activities. These activities include our giant swing, zip line, boats, climbing wall, Canteen (camp store), and water slide. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy being outside, being around people, and having fun.

Food Service Staff

Our Food Service team plays a huge role in this ministry. They are responsible for carefully preparing all the meals for our guests. We believe there is a reason that sharing meals was so frequently mentioned in the Bible. Relationships are formed and strengthened over a shared meal.

Facilities Staff

Our Facilities Staff are crucial in maintaining our beautiful campus and ensuring that our facilities are top-notch! Facility-related jobs cover a wide array of responsibilities ranging from maintenance to landscaping. Whether you're good at fixing stuff or can cut grass with the pros, we can put your skillset to good use!

Summer Videographer

The Guest Experience Summer Videographer is responsible for filming each session of camp and using those clips to create a camp video for each session of camp. Camp lasts from May 10th to August 9th during which time the Videographer will be expected to be at camp. Housing can be provided. They are responsible for all of the editing of said videos, as well as creating the following at the beginning of the summer: Summer Staff Introduction Video, Skit Videos, and the Rules Video. They may be asked to work with our marketing team to create promotional videos. In addition, they are responsible for creating a “Staff Video” using footage of the Summer Staffers at the end of summer.

Summer Photographer

The Guest Experience Summer Photographer is responsible for photographing each session of camp and using those photographs to create memories for our guests. Camp lasts from May 10th to August 9th during which time the Photographer will be expected to be at camp; housing can be provided. They are responsible for photographing each group, providing leader photos to our staff, photographing activities each day of camp, and uploading all of their photos to a place our staff will be able to access them (for posting on social media / sending to their applicable groups.) They may be asked to work with our marketing team to create stock footage for our camps.
